The cost depends upon any specific extras you require. There is an initial extra for integration and implementation (usually around 50% on top of the site cost).   • Host using high performance solid state storage. The latest cloud server technology means that performance is optimised even though demand can vary.
  • Monitor the site - I guarantee 99% uptime (my cloud provider guarantees 99.9% but I need to allow for some maintenance*) keep a watching brief for any urgent security updates and apply these ad hoc

  • Keep add-on software licences up-to-date. All plans include paid premium plugin licences to a value of $300 pa. If you have extra requirements these extras are factored into your plan charges.

Every Month

  • Check for web site traffic metrics and email a weekly report. Any issues that may surface are researched and fixed as necessary

  • Update to current software versions and test (restore backup and fix if any problems)
  • Measure and optimise site performance.
  • Monthly usage report - new and returning users, pages accessed etc
